User Agreement of the Jurifico Web Resource

The Administration of the online resource https://jurifico.com provides access to the web platform and related services in accordance with the provisions of this User Agreement.

Please note that access to the resource and its use are permitted solely upon acceptance of the terms set forth below. If you do not agree to these provisions, we recommend that you refrain from using this resource.

1. Basic Definitions

1.1. Visitor — any individual accessing the resource regardless of the purpose of the visit.

2. Fundamental Principles. Authority to Modify the Platform

2.2. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Visitor and the Administration, the subject matter of which is the Administration’s granting to the Visitor of the right to access the functionality of the Platform https://jurifico.com.

2.3. The Visitor must review these provisions in full prior to the registration procedure on the Platform. The fact of the Visitor’s registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2.4. These terms may be amended and supplemented by the Administration unilaterally without special notice. This document is public in nature and openly accessible. The current version of the terms is published online at https://jurifico.com. The Visitor’s continued use of the Platform after amendments have been made constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

2.5. Full rights to the Platform and to the use of the network domain belong to the Administration. The Administration grants access to the resource to all interested parties in accordance with these terms.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Visitor

3.1. When using the Platform, the Visitor undertakes to comply with the requirements of applicable law, as well as to respect the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, including rules on the protection of intellectual property, protection of personal data, and other legal requirements.

3.2. The Visitor warrants that accurate and reliable information about themselves will be provided when submitting requests through the web platform.

3.3. The Visitor undertakes to review the current version of this Agreement each time they access the web resource before using its services.

4. Authority of the Administration

4.1. To make technical changes to the software of the web platform, suspend the functioning of the resource in the event of critical technical malfunctions, errors, and failures, as well as for maintenance purposes and for the prevention of unauthorized access.

4.2. To process the Visitor’s personal information provided by them by any lawful means.

4.3. To amend the terms of this Agreement at any time unilaterally without prior notice to the Visitor by publishing updates on the resource. The Administration strongly recommends that the Visitor regularly monitor changes to the terms of this Agreement. The Visitor’s continued use of the web resource after the Administration has made amendments constitutes unconditional acceptance of and consent to such amendments.

4.4. The Administration shall have no obligation to carry out updates, improvements, enhancements, or any other modifications to the functioning of the web resource. The Administration reserves the right at any time and on any grounds to modify or temporarily discontinue the operation of the web platform in order to determine the possibilities and limitations of its use, as well as to establish and amend procedures for the use of the resource.

5. Protection of Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials presented on the Platform, including design solutions, graphic elements, illustrative materials, video content, software scripts, audio materials, and other items, as well as their combinations (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”), are objects of the exclusive rights of the Administration and other right holders, and all rights to the said items are protected by law.

6. Procedure for Resolving Disputes

6.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the legal system of Russian Federation. Matters not regulated by these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Russian Federation.

6.2. In the event of any disputes or contradictions related to the performance of these terms, the Visitor and the Administration shall use their best efforts to resolve them through negotiations. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be subject to review in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable legislation of Russian Federation, at the location of the Administration.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. This document constitutes the agreement between the Visitor and the Administration regarding the procedure for using the Platform and its functional capabilities and supersedes all prior arrangements between the parties.

7.2. These terms become effective for the Visitor from the moment of accession thereto and remain in force for an indefinite period.
