Privacy Policy

Jurifico strictly adheres to the principles governing the handling of confidential information. This document establishes the standards for ensuring privacy and data protection for all our clients.

This Policy has been developed in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 dated 27.04.2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) and regulates the procedures for the processing of Personal Data and the set of measures to ensure the security of our clients’ Personal Data.

The Platform Administration identifies, as a priority task and fundamental principle of its activities, the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the processing of Personal Data.

This policy of the Platform Administration regarding the processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Administration may obtain about Visitors to the online platform.

1. Basic concepts

Visitor — any person accessing the Platform at https://jurifico.com.

Platform — a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as databases, ensuring their availability on the internet at the network address https://jurifico.com.

Personal Data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable Visitor of the Platform https://jurifico.com.

Administration — an individual who, independently or jointly with other entities, organizes and/or carries out the processing of Personal Data, and also determines the purposes of the processing of Personal Data, the composition of the Personal Data subject to processing, and the actions (operations) performed with the Personal Data.

Processing of Personal Data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools in relation to Personal Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of Personal Data.

Destruction of Personal Data — any actions as a result of which Personal Data are irreversibly destroyed with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of Personal Data in the information system and/or as a result of which the tangible media containing Personal Data are destroyed.

2. Categories of Personal Data processed

The Administration may process the following Personal Data of the Visitor:

  • surname, first name, patronymic;
  • email address;
  • contact telephone numbers.

3. Methods of obtaining Personal Data

Personal Data are collected by the following methods:

  • through interactive forms posted on the Platform https://jurifico.com and completed by the Visitor;
  • through communication channels, including telephone communication, electronic correspondence, and other means of communication;
  • automatically through the use of web technologies, data transfer protocols, cookies, and web beacons, activated exclusively when the Visitor enters their data.

4. Purposes of the processing of Personal Data

The purpose of processing the Visitor’s Personal Data is to inform the Visitor by sending electronic messages; to provide the Visitor with access to services, information, and/or materials posted on the Platform https://jurifico.com.

The Administration is also entitled to send the Visitor informational materials about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The Visitor has the right at any time to refuse to receive informational mailings by sending the Administration a letter to the email address info@jurifico.com marked “Refusal of informational notifications”.

Anonymized data of Visitors collected through web analytics services are used to gather information about Visitors’ behavior on the resource and to improve the quality of the Platform and its content.

5. Ensuring the security of Personal Data

The Administration applies the necessary and proportionate legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect the information provided by Visitors from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties in relation thereto. At the same time, despite the efforts undertaken, the Administration cannot ensure absolute protection against all threats arising outside the sphere of the Administration’s control.

The Administration applies standard security methods: cryptographic protection of communication channels, physically secured premises, network security systems, and password protection in order to ensure the confidentiality of Personal Data.

The Administration grants access to information and Personal Data exclusively to authorized employees who have undertaken obligations to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with the Administration’s requirements.

6. Rights of the Visitor

To provide the Administration, at their own discretion, with Personal Data for processing under the terms specified in the Policy.

To require the Organization to correct, clarify, block, or destroy Personal Data if the Personal Data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take the measures provided by law to protect their rights.

To receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except where otherwise provided by law, information as to whether Personal Data are being processed, and also to receive the content of such Personal Data.

To submit a reasoned request to the controller of Personal Data objecting to the processing of their Personal Data.

To apply legal remedies in the event of a violation of legislation on the protection of Personal Data, including filing a complaint with supervisory authorities.

In order to update, obtain access to, amend, block, or delete their Personal Data, withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data granted to the Organization pursuant to this Policy, or where there are comments, proposals, or complaints regarding Personal Data processed by the Organization, please contact the Organization by email at info@jurifico.com.

To send requests and demands to the Organization, including issues relating to the use of Personal Data, as well as withdrawal of consent to the processing of Personal Data. The request may be sent by email (the document must be sent from the Visitor’s email address specified upon registration on the resource) to the Organization’s email address info@jurifico.com. The Organization shall review Visitors’ requests, provide responses, and/or take the necessary actions within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.

In addition to the rights listed in this Policy, the Visitor may exercise any right provided by law.

7. Obligations of the Administration

Provide the Visitor, upon request, with information regarding processing or a reasoned refusal.

Take the measures necessary and sufficient to fulfill the obligations prescribed by applicable law.

At the Visitor’s request, clarify the Personal Data being processed, and block or delete such data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not required for the stated purpose of processing.

Ensure the lawfulness of processing. If it is impossible to ensure the lawfulness of processing, the Administration shall, within a period not exceeding 10 business days from the date the unlawful processing is identified, destroy or ensure the destruction of the Personal Data.

Cease processing and destroy the Personal Data, if its retention is no longer required for the purposes of processing, within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt from the Visitor of the withdrawal of consent, except where processing may be continued in accordance with applicable law.

8. Amendment of the Privacy Policy

The Administration reserves the right to make changes and additions periodically and without prior notice to the Visitor, including in the event of changes in legal requirements.

The Visitor is obliged to review the text of the Privacy Policy each time the resource is used.

The new version of the Privacy Policy enters into force from the moment it is published in the relevant section of the Platform. Continued use of the resource or its services after publication of the new version of the Privacy Policy means the Visitor’s acceptance of this Privacy Policy and its terms. In the event of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Visitor must immediately cease using the resource and its services.

We recommend reviewing the Privacy Policy periodically in order to obtain up-to-date information about any changes or additions.
